I have a danville stg2r 68mm right now. But I have the option of getting rid of it for a single s475. The s475 is a wcfab kit for an lbz though. My questions are what all will need to be changed to make the s475 kit work on an lly and how will the s475 (E.D. s475 75/88/1.0) preform on the street with 45 overs and a 10mm stroker pump vs the 68mm.

That would most likely be more trouble than it is worth. If you really want to make a mess of the bottom end put a 480 over the 68.

There is a lot more that goes into making a LBZ intercooler work on an lly. Upper and lower cross braces. new hoses, fan shroud, fan and so on. Not really worth it unless you have a donor truck.
