Took my beater to the track Friday night for some fun. Truck surprised me non the less. Stock injectors, cp3, and turbo. Motor and cp3 has 297k on it and is getting a little tired as it's starting to loose rail. Fastest pass was a 12.71@104 with a 1.71 60' and also ran a 7.98@84 in the 1/8. Elevation was 3750ft DA was 6400ft temp was 74*. Converter isn't locking until then middle of 3rd regardless of my tcc adjustments in the TCM tune so I need a lock up box. But backed up the 12.71 with a 12.77@104 (can't find the 12.71 pass slip). I also ran on 275 M&H DRs zero prep. Non the less Im happy but I need to get rid of the heavy bumper pull the seats,etc and see if I can go faster before I upgrade to a 10mm pump.

just FYI blake, steve and i found if you make the TCC adjustments too far from stock, they dont work. takes some playing with and it will start working. bad coupling converters are the worse ones to dial in.

Ok awesome I may have to try a few things on that. But this is probably my fault too because about 3 weeks ago this truck was sold and I had Evans 1078 in it and it locked every time it hit 2nd with my tcc but since I had it sold I pulled the trans and threw my old 60k mile ML in it because I wasn't gonna let that 1078 go and it doesn't like to lock or couple like the 1078 and ya.... didn't sell lol but thank you sir!

It's hard as hell to get into the 12s here where I live on a stock turbo. I need to go down to some good air sometime and see what it would really run.
