ok mike would you happen to know the length difference between a TH350 for 4x4 and an alli for 4x4? i'm contiplating a project which involves a 79 chevy short bed and cramming an lbz alli and T case where a 350/350/203 now reside

sweet. thank you sir. also got a p0777 code today when I went to pass a vehicle.... truck banged hard got stuck in 4th check engine light etc etc. no reverse or any other gear. I shut off the truck then restarted and it worked fine. read the codes got a p0700 with it. think it was a hiccup or something to worry about? I just changed the spin on this past saturday for my usual 5000 mile filter service
