Alright, so this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, once last year and once today, my wife started the pickup to let it warm up this morning and the low coolant light came on, there's absolutely zero smoke on startup and its not leaking, so where is my coolant going?

Texas!!!
Check the upper radiator hose before you start the truck when the engine is cold. If it is hard, you probably have a head gasket problem.

Is your bottle under a lot of pressure... mine seemed to pressurize the rezi bottle and push the fluid out when the HG went.

Which motor?

On my LB7 if the injector cups stick then it will slowly loose coolant and act like a small HG leak...

Been down this road, studs, quality gaskets, etc. are worth the coin...

I take it you aren't home... otherwise I would say, pull a couple of the glowplugs to see if there is moisture in the cylinders... How handy is the wife, maybe she can pull them?
