Pac brake issue

I just had a new turbo put on my 2006 Silverado 6.6 Duramax my pack break exhaust brake seems to be much much weaker and compressor seems to kick on more often. What could have happened when replacing the turbo that could have caused this?

I'm more curious as to why you have a pac brake when you can easily use your turbo as the exhaust brake.

What he said. Start checking for exhaust leaks. Perhaps the down pipe.
