P0087 code

After I filled up this morn my truck went into limp mode and couldn't go past 30 mph. My tuner gave me a p0087 code. I called the dealer they said low fuel pressure. I cleared the code and it seems like its running normal. My tune was on the hot stage and I put it back mild. Will I do any damage if I use it without taking it some where for a diagnostic? I got a camping trip planned and I don't want to make it worse.

Get a lift pump or keep your foot out of it so you aren't starving it and you'll be fine.

What does your fuel filter minder say? My dads LMM did this last month, plugged fuel filter... One bad tank will plug the stock filter easily. As long as it is not popping the code it's not going to hurt it. X2 on a lift pump if you don't have one already.

Seems to be running fine now that I put the tuner to mild. I'm gonna replace the filter and see if it happens again
