Need some help. 2003 Duramax 2500hd LB7/ Allison4 weeks ago came everything running fine. Next morning it cranks but will not start. Fast forward. Checked all circuits has no codes, communicates with all modules. VTD works proper. Injectors not getting power from FICM. Engine runs via manually injecting fuel. All power and grounds going to all modules good. Communicates good.

We injected diesel starting fluid into the intake runner port to make sure we did not have a engine mechanical issue. (Yes, we disarmed the glow plug and intake heater)
Yes, all modules have power ground and communication.. New ECM as well. Tested FICM with another but where we borrowed from did not know if it was good. It was a 96V LB7 FICM
