need help st louis area !!!!!!!

i got a lmm last year have not messed with anything just working on the small things it has a dsp5 switch not idea who or what tuned it. and have no clue what the tunes are.i know it is deleted and the speedo is off has a leveling kit and 33x12.50x 18i am learing about this truck slowly just need a tuner near st louis to read tunes and change speedo help ...

Ok I guess its just I don't move the dial cause I don't trust it and my speedo being off sucks ass .does it cost alot to get new tunes and get the speed corrected

I don't know what the going rate is as I do all my own tuning

Why don't you contact some of the vendors here and see if any can help you out
