Need a new tuning laptop.

I got 6 years out of the last one. I am looking for a laptop with a fast start up speed, reduced glare in open sunlight, long(er)ish battery life. My old one was 3 hours maybe looking for 5-7. HDMI output for watching pulling videos. I am pretty AMD processor Dell Gateway biased. They have been very good computers for us. 15 inch screen.

Anyone have anything similar, or other good computers? I like to have open and run 14 different things at the same time and seem to load my desktop with stuff. I dont use lots of memory though, I have an external backup terrabyte.

dont buy a dell unless it is the business line. their consumer stuff is garbage.

I have a little HP netbook i use it for efi only and i love it its fast,compact,and a decent price!:thumb:Battery last a long time

I like Sonys line of Laptops.

I'm running a S series with the i7 and it's flawless.

An i7 is a little much for tuning only though..

From all the laptops/netbooks I have had over the years (15) I will only buy Asus for now on if not only for customer support and that they back what they sell.

Look into them they make a huge line up.
