I have an extreme allison stage 5 with a copilot from ats. When the trans gets to operating temp. sometimes it will slip going into third gear. Is this something that a trans cooler will help.

Have you contacted Mike at ATS? My trans cooler will help your Alli run cooler but it won't fix that problem. Sounds like C3s went south. Without looking inside the trans I don't know. Does it have codes? Need more info.
It has not had any codes. it will usually slip for split second and then slam into gear, and it only does it when it the trans is hot.
