Machine Shop in Ontario

Anybody know of a good machine shop in Ontario I can take my heads to and have them decked and the valves done? Preferably in Muskoka/Simcoe region, but will go further for good work.

Also, how much should I be expecting to pay for this?

If you are just looking to have them decked and seats cut/ valves ground parry automotive in orillia does good work.

Anybody have any experience or heard anything about J&S Performance in Barrie? Was browsing Kijiji and saw an ad for full duramax engine builds.
