Getting ready to do a remote mount kit on a lly that is daily driven in the summer months, ideally I'd rather drain the charger oil into a bung on the lower oil pan such as the wherli style incase I ever go back to a vvt style turbo I dont have to plug holes, I can just replace the lower oil pan. Anyone running this style outside of competition with any negative effects?

For my remote I put it in the upper pan in the front but I had my engine out. There is tons of trucks out there with lower pan drains. My brothers truck atmo charger drains in the middle of the lower banana pan and it’s never given any issues.

What he said. I'm daily driving wehrli's lower oil pan with fitting for my atmosphere turbo drain, no issues.
