Lml vs lgh

If this Is in the wrong place please move it.
So I have the chance to grab a complete lgh motor already pulled with low mileage. Ran perfectly fine when pulled. I was thinking of using it for my engine build or possibly throw this one in while I build the other to keep the truck on the road. That Is if I even decide to pick it up. I know the egr, turbo, tuning, and scr system is different from the lmls. Once I pull everything apart is there any other difference internally? Any reason for me not to use the block and heads in my build?

Yes, ive swapped before. Just have to pull all the accessories, egr, etc. and swap them over. If I remember I think I swapped most of the fuel system as well.

I wont need the fuel system unless I use the injectors as cores. If i get it the plan is to slowly build it for when mine inevitably gives up the ghost.
