Limped tranny

i limped my tranny today what do i do to fix this in the meantime. My upgrade is onthe way. How do i reset it?

hook up with scan tool, choose lly controller, click green light, click red motor to read codes, click on green motor to clear codes.........

Or just re-flash same tune or another tune, it automatically clears codes everytime you flash a tune to your ecm.

Everytime I limped my LLY, I shut the truck off for 30 sec, restarted and continued on like normal. After a couple 100 km, the CEL light would go out. Is this normal?? This is just how it worked for me.
