Lift pump

Dan, just a question. What did you guys do to the motor on the lift pump? I got mine (new motor, old pump) on the housing with the shaft seal. That thing used to whine like a shit truck with the vacuum pump on it! LOL

I don't know what you guys have done, maybe I got lucky or something, but it don't make noise. WooT. It's working and I can faintly hear it, but not ANYTHING like it was. what gives? LOL

RFLMAO. I might suspect of that if I had sent it to them rebuild. That's not the case though, I rebuilt it and put a new motor on it. It's freakishly quiet! And I swear I put the rotor and veins back in!!

BTW, I'm not complaining.

Same thing happened with mine. The first pump was LOUD. Failed about 4 months in. Warrantied it out no questions asked. The new one was a lot more quiet! Has lasted 2 hard years since then!
