Fuel gauge needs to be rescaled in EFI live, lb7 is opposite of later trucks.

Check engine light, glow plug light are 2 of the wires that needs to be moved in the c100 connector.

Heated seats not working is more than likely having the wrong OS flashed in. You'll need one for a fully optioned lbz (06 lly) with a manual transmission which will be like finding a unicorn.

Read through the thread by rpm Motorsports and double check your wiring. No one is gonna be able to diagnose your issues over the Internet until you start doing some digging and process of elimination.

Doesn't he need a 06 LLY OS? There wasn't any actual LBZs with a 6 speed was there??

I honestly don't know enough about the different OS and EFI Live to say for certain. Maybe Tony or someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

Funny you should ask.

I pulled a clean TIS for a LBZ Manual Trans 4x4, I did a database query and found a customer with the LBZ/ZF6.

Since ZF6 trucks only came with a manual TC control and no PB I am positive its correct for the truck.

I just swapped the fuel tank scaler and the issues with the LB7 ZF6 to LBZ ZF6 might be in the BCM Programming, not quite sure yet.

It has been a challenge to kill off codes, as of noon today it still has a security light and a non working cruise control.

But it was a ZF6 originally or at least that is what we think it was.

Also no REG CABS ever had heated seats, so the BCM may be the issue there as well.

Speak of the devil... are you referring to the op's truck that you're working on?
As far as heated seats in a regular cab go, could you use a file from an extended cab?
And just to verify that they did in fact have an lbz with lbz tuning and zf6 from the factory?

I understand most of what needs to be done with the segment swaps.

Here is the deal on 06/07 trucks.......GM Consolidated the OS to match, so 2006/LLY and 2007/LBZ now share the same OS,SLAVE and BOOT Segments.

The other segments are critical for a swap, there are only a few for Pickups as far as system, 2wd, 4wd-manual TC, 4wd PB TC and 2wd ZF6 ( never seen one ) and 4x4 ZF6.

26, 34 and dual fuel tanks.

Speedo is not a critical segment in the swap.

Engine OP and ENGINE is correct when getting a proper ZF6 file from TIS.

So the tune I got is correct for a 2006/2007 ZF6-Manual T 4x4 with a 34 gallon tank.

If anyone wants the TIS file here it is, 667 is a shortbed and 666 is a longbed

GM does not differentiate the cab config, at least all the 100's I have tuned and even my own 2007 Loaded LBZ regular cab was the same as EC and CC for a TIS Build except for the system.

Most of the systems are a 677 and mine was a 677 in a regular cab, 4x4, pb truck, 678 is a manual TC/Allison IIRC

The ZF6 files have a different Engine OP, Diag, etc mostly due to no Allison Trans

Thanks for taking the time to explain that. We're way over my head right now.
Is there going to be any issues with an lbz/zf6/4x4 cab and chassis? When the time comes I'll be taking it to you for tuning.

No a problem at all . Sorry I haven't chimed I until now. Been super busy. Me and about 14 other truck are leaving Saturday morning loaded with hay and fence supply and going do donate to Kansas for the wild fire relief. We are taking 200 round bales and a full 40 ft trailer with other supplies as well. So to say the least I have been super busy. But I did take the truck to the dealership yesterday. I have a buddy that works their and he is on the right track we think for the cruse but he needs more time. Buy I needed my truck for the haul Saturday morning. So I am going to get with him in a week or so. And I would like to give a big thanks to Tony he has been good help. Fuel gauge seems to be working properly now. Really the main deal is the cruse you don't realise how much you use till you don't have it. But I would like to get the seats and revse lights figured out but one step at a time. I really appreciate everyone's help.
