I went ahead without any comments and did a full flash to the junk yard ECM now it will not crank.
EDIT after disabling the VATS it will start but I still have the 8 injector codes P268C etc.
Moving over to tuning.

THANKS!!

I installed a junk yard ECM into my 1 ton 08 LMM, it ran but had 8 injector codes, P268C,P268D etc. I committed a license and did a full flash of my saved tune but I still have the injector codes and the information display says to clean the exhaust filter....

The P268* codes are probably because the injector flow rates in the ECM don't match what's in the GPCM. This information is not part of the tune file. EFILive should be able to copy the flow rates from the GPCM and write them to the ECM.

Did you copy over the injector codes from the glow plug controller over to the ECM?

Also if you flash you file in with the lowered time and key cycles you can do the relearn faster than leaving those parameters stock.
