June 14: El Mirage Bonzai Attack!

I don't want to "jinx" myself, but I'm getting ready for June 14 at El Mirage, and it looks good. We now have a #19 starting position because we ran well last weekend, and now I know what I have to change.

How fast will it go? I predict a new best for Casper. We are legal to 200mph, so I won't be lifting.

We didn't have enough pit crew to do in-flight video or datalogging. Once I'm strapped in, things get busy in a hurry.

Hopefully we have a "data recorder" pit guy to handle it this time.

19 .... nice . I guess we did better than thought . That means good chance for 2 runs in same day possibly . We were # 61 before and 84 or something close to that before that .

That is just too cool being #19 starting # . Way lower than predicted .
