What are your recommendations for replacing broken input shaft with a better aftermarket? What vendors sell them here?

Xcalliber/DEFEO is what I use but honestly any of the aftermarket billet shafts (TCS, Suncoast, Xcalliber/DEFEO, PPE etc) all work and some of them are even the same shaft with a different brand/pn on them. If you broke an input you will want to make sure nothing made it into the trans or hurt the converter. I would also advise looking at the P2/C2 connection to see if it started to twist, check over all the clutches/steels for health etc since you've got it that far down.
