Identifty front end noise vibration

So just replaced a driver side ( LEFT ) wheel bearing/ hub as when turning to the right there would be helicopter sound coming from the front end. Much smoother, quieter turning to the left. sound continues no change .....What am I missing ? this is on a 14' 3500

What else can cause this noise- vibration, that only happens when turning one way and not the other ? Any help is appreciated ...

How is the tire wear between the front tires? Swap the front tires is a quick way to eliminate a tire issue.

It could be a bad front wheel bearing also.
