Well figured I try and start my first thread...
So here's the scope. Gator season starts her in Florida in about 3 weeks.
I have till then to get the airboat 100% so I'm not stuck on land :D
So far I'm just working on checking head torque specs after a recent head gasket job
Found one stud striped out for valve cover
A larger drill bit and jb weld will fix that problem easy :thumb:

It all depends how many permits you get. Each permit is 2 tags so 2 gators and it's all a random drawing now which sucks because there have been years we have applied for 20+ permits and not gotten a signal one
Oh and as for size we don't take anything smaller than 11'
Go big or go home :thumb:

Here's the exhaust valves... a little on the lean side but other than that they look pretty darn good

Well I got 1 head re-torqued.
I am glad I checked them as I got almost a 1/4 turn on each stud...
Also in the process I noticed a bad wire starring Me dead in the face coming off the distributor :D
