Fuel Pressure Relief Valve (FPRV)

Hi, I have been searching all over. I need to change the Fuel Pressure Relief Value on my 2011 Duramax. Should I replace it with the stock FPRV or a Race Value? Also, anyone have information on how to go about accessing the FPRV to change it? Much thanks!

There are no race valves for for the LML, the regulator you are suggesting needs replaced is on the front driver side fuel rail right under the egr cooler

Thanks FC5452. I found the part today @ Napa. Any idea on how long it takes to change it out?
