Hey guys, I installed a fass 100 on my truck recently and have noticed that i do have a good amount more power then I had before the install. But I have also noticed that my egt has gone up over 200 degrees when getting on it. Prior to the instal I would floor it getting on a onramp and would see a high of 1100 and after the install I am seeing closer to 1300. Just Curious if other people that have installed a lift pump have seen similar increases in egt or if my cp3 might be on its way out. Any and all input is appreciated. Thanks - Vince

Sure sounds like your CP3 wasnt outputting what it shouldve been before the pump install, but it might be a good idea to log desired/actual fuel pressure from idle to 3000rpm with and without lift pump turned on to find out.

Thanks for your input! I have a idash 1.8 and it doesn't have a fuel rail pressure reading. Would installing a hard gauge be the best option to reading this?
