Exergy Fuel Treatment

I have searched multiple times and found very little information on the Exergy fuel treatment. I recently bought some to try since I know Exergy is at the top of their game when it comes to fueling parts. Does anyone know anything about it or has anyone else tried it yet?

I've been using it here as well as sent some down to Don at Flux Diesel. Based on the MSDS sheets given to me by Exergy and the review from Don, it's a killer product.


I've got zero quantifiable data other than our shop 6.0 has seemed to idle a touch quieter after running it for the last 4000mi (like less injector clatter) and we have not changed the oil in terms of formulation (running Motorcraft 15W40 diesel oil with XDP's lubricity/stiction additive).

I can confirm it is NOT an Optilube product line rebranded, it has a different makeup than anything in their lineup.

I used it for about 1000 miles this winter. I saw longer regen cycles and a little bump in fuel economy compared to standadyne.
