i am moving to El Paso tx in aug is there any good diesel shops there and what are the regulations on registering a diesel there any help? i have efi live 4inch exhaust turbo back n cold air intake

No regulations just a safety inspection. I don't know of any shops in the area.

Every year state inspection is needed. They check lights mirrors safety stuff. Depending on here you go they are suppose to check to make sure cat and muffler are there if equipped but most place won't. I know my lml with all deletes passed cause they never looked under the truck. Anothe place failed me right away.
