I started mine. I got a kit that has the crossover tube, lb7 up pipe, down pipe and it has like some premade T hose for the coolant reroute. I am confused cause i seen a video of a guy doing it and he had a 90 degreee coolant hose and a plug for the coolant. Do i need those 2 things in addition to what i have?

Here is the plugs he used. The one is for the return on the 9th injector. Top one is for coolant

Different kits deal with coolant with different methods. None of them do anything about the 9th injector though. I would guess the plug for that is the only thing you need if you’re new down pipe doesn’t have provisions for installing it.

What is the sensor on the top of the up pipe? I had to cut it off to get last bolt out

Exhaust temp sensor for the EGR inlet. You don't need it anymore.

Was hoping so since new up pipe doesnt have it lol. Well got most of it done just need to wiggle egr cooler out and remove up pipe from turbo pedestal. Think install will go smoother than removal, at least hope so. Anybody have torque specs for the up pipes and v clamps?
