EFILive website issues?

I've been having trouble opening the website for about the past week. Is there an issue that is being worked on, or is the problem on my end? It was a problem last week trying to download some software that took almost 8 hours to complete.

edit: by both I mean I went to their site and their forum site.

Called my ISP and they reset my fiber connection and had me reset my router. All seems to be working fine now. Thanks guys.
