Down pipe issues?

Anyone every have an issue with the 3” DPs on LBZ-LMM not seating properly? I rencently pulled the turbo on my LMM to fix an oil leak, got it all buttoned back up and noticed almost like a whooshing sound when I accelerate and let off, it’s an air leak of some sort. I pin pointed the sound and it’s coming from the back of the turbo. I readjusted the DP can still hear it but not as prominent. This is my 4th time pulling the turbo between this truck an my last an never had an issue like this.

Did you make sure the surface is clean? Are they lined up properly? Is the clamp good?

Surface is clean, clamp looked good but I’m check that again. The top is lined up and seated but I can’t tell if its angled and the bottom has a gap. I just never had this much of an issue with it. When it not -5° out I’m completely remove it and try it again

Are you sure it's the down pipe and not an up-pipe blown bellow or bad gasket?

I first suspected it of being a cracked up pipe. But when I readjusted the DP and the sound got better makes me believe its the DP. And I cant even bolt the DP to the bracket off the PS manifold it doesn’t line up. Never did before but still
