Once all the purpose built, shop trucks started showing up, I lost all interest in it. The damn things need to be street trucks of some sort. I know even the purpose built trucks break but it still isnt right to me. They need a shop challenge and a true street truck truck challenge. Kind of like "Super Street" and "Pro Street" shouldn't even have street in their name. Seems like it all gets out of hand. The only thing I see DPC really doing is getting the shop that built/owns the winning truck gets a ton of nut swingers from it.

It would be much cooler if they required you to drive it out there not tow it.

Before I broke my crank, I daily drove my 900+hp twinned truck for 3+ years and 50,000mi including out to Scheids, multiple road trips around the country, and to all the pulls I competed in (nothing professional, just the fun stuff around the Northeast), with no ****s given.
