Well like a dummy I bought an 02 GMC 2500 HD 5800.00 cash LB7. Has cold air intake PPE tuner 4” exhaust system 4” lift. I have a scan tool. Rail pressure and HPP numbers look good Injectors .03-.06 so good numbers there, better than my truck. Runs great but cranks for a solid 5 count and then fires right up. Changed out crappy old fuel filter but no change.

Moved to LB7 section. Does it have a lift pump on it? If not, could be partially losing prime. Otherwise Id tend to lean toward the CP3 starting to weaken.
