I didn't run mine on stock fuel but Mark said it was most efficient around 42psi depending on what you have for supporting mods.

I see 48 in my stock fuel stock pump Danville 66MM I would think you would be less since its a little harder to push the bigger turbo.

Let me start over sorry lol, truck made 45 psi and ran really good then a week or so later it didn't run as good checked for boost leaks and found the intercooler was leaking some fixed that and checked for leaks up to 60psi and there was none but only makes 37 psi is there anything else I can check for ?

What are you balance rates? Is it maintaining rail pressure as it used to? are you still hitting the pulse width that it used to? the reason I ask is bcause if all those things are in line then something has to be causing the lower power issue. Sometimes if you bend them just the right amount they actually run better due to the lower compression. I don't reccomend this as a performance mod LMAO :roflmao:

I'm only seeing 34psi out of my 72mm, tuned by Mark. Stock pump, stock sticks. It runs like a beast though. Honestly thought I'd be running higher PSI but with the PPE manifolds/up pipes and 3" intercooler piping maybe that has something to do with it.

I was told on stock fueling I'll only see 33ish if my pump is gd st holding rail. I have all 3" pipes and y bridge and the most I get is 34lbs on my 68. I hold 27k in rail pressure. I have no leaks that I can find or know off

I don;t get how fixing a boost leak would net you less boost though??

Sounds like we're in the same boat. Time for injectors and a bigger pump.
