I had to trim down the hump on the shroud where the resonator sits. That is the only place I should draw warm air. I might try it first and see what temps are. Otherwise you are actually a fair amount away from engine heat due to the shroud. Unless you are in traffic then it should be nice cool outside air.

Ok, I just went for a 70 mile drive to check things out. At 72 MPH my air intake temps were 1-3 degrees higher than ambient air temp. Also NO codes. Does this mean I actually did something right for once ? Tomorrow will be about 400 miles then I can check MPG and stuff.

Crap!! Thats a lot of stuff crammed under that little hood.:eek:

Never realized it was so tight. Intake looks good btw....
