Here is some pics of the custom headers im fabbing for a project at DPS right now, we will compete with the MBRP Dirtymax one day...

I have tried a set of slip on collectors and was not able to get them to seal. Those are designed for gas motors where they dont see the drive pressure we do. Your build looks awesome though!:thumb:

Thanks for the tip, we`ll wait and see if these ones blow hahaha, I`m worried about the stainless tubing I made them from, all the tubing came from dimond eye, but seems to be overseas stainless, already had one crack at a seam just from manipulating the pipes into place, and every other one would crack when expanded. Trial and error I suppose. If I need to re do any pipes I`m planning on using www.stailessheaders.com for the tubing and bends. But there is a ton more work to do before she fires up.
