Cp3s both dead after winter??

Truck sat outside since about July last year. With cp3s sitting in my car port (garage with no door) could they have both died from the cold weather and being dry??? I have both regs unplugged and can’t get any pressure to start it

They started pumping pressure after sitting with fuel in them a few hours, weird! But uncapped

Yes, sorry. Found the rail pressure sensor went bad
