I held out keeping my truck stock as long as I could.

Added:Rare parts HD tie rods, Mag Hytec diff cover, projector headlights with 4300K Hid, LED tail and third brake lights, CTS 2 with Pyro, 17" rock star wheels with 265/ 70 Toyo MT's, Freds 2" spacers, westen bull bar w/ 20" Rigid LED light, Black grill, Kennedy single lift pump

I've been running a PPE tuner on the 90hp tune since I want to keep all my emissions intact, but I'm up in the air about getting EFI Live like I had on the last truck that was deleted.

Towing my 38' Raptor fifth wheel would be smoother with the turbo brake tune, and then when disconnected just turn the switch to have a higher tune.

Before and after.

Thanks, I also attempted to wrap my rear bumper last week to see how close the color would match. A little light in direct sun light, not to bad on a cloudy day but still not close enough.

Once I find the right match I'll do the running boards and front bumper to match.

Did you have to modify the housing to fit the HID's? How's the lighting at night with them? Looking to put some HID's in mine. Truck looks good!!!

No I bought the HID's from DDM tuning using the correct bulb type to fit the aftermarket projector housing, not for what the stock headlight uses.

Hid's are only on the low beams, I tried them first and figured if there wasn't enough light output I'd get the high's latter.

The lows are more than enough and far better than stock yellow bulbs, normally if I'm anywhere that I can use my highs I just flip on the 20" rigid and the roads lit up like the sun's out then.

My headlights and tails are the spyders, not the recons. And the third brake light is recon.

I had the same style as your's on my last truck (2008 Chevy 2500) just the black type.

Here's my last truck: I needed something bigger to tow my toy hauler.

Thank you for the reply.

Your more than welcome!

On a side note I have some new mods on order.

Ordered an S&B intake with dry filter and dust sock today after reading how well it performed on the ATP LML.

While I was at it I figured it was time to retire the PPE tuner and try EFI Live w/ DSP 5 from Rob with all the stock emissions still on the truck.

Looking at this new Bluetooth EFI live switch I might be giving it a shot soon as well.

I had Rob's tunes on my last truck that was deleted and loved it, knowing how well the tunes perform has made it hard not to order it before this.

Installed the S&B today, no real seat of the pants with the PPE tune. I'll see if the EFI Live tunes feel any better?

That truck is SICK!
Does DDM tuning only sell the ballast and bulbs? I didn't see the light housings on their site.
If so where did you get the front light housings?

They sell just the HID's as far as I know, but there a lifetime warranty so that's why I buy from them. I've used there kits on my last truck, my wife's Acura MDX and I had them on my Harley Street Glide for a while. Great company to deal with and a great price.

I picked up the head lights and tail lights in a package deal on ebay, their the spyder brand. It was like $400 for both shipped.

Cool thanks! I already have the spyder rear LED lights. So now I guess I have to buy the front... ;)
