Code P2610 ECM/PCM Internal Engine Off Timer Performance

Hello all, need some help with a 2013 GMC thats throwing this code. Truck was tuned by Idaho Rob (Its actually his old truck). Its not only throwing this code but, it also has a bit of a "shimmy" when setting in the seat.(its very subtle) Almost like a gasser that is mis-timed. I have read some really old forums on it. Is it really as simple as resetting the ECM? Just wanted to know if there is any updated information on this. Thanks in advance! P.S. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ROB!

I did see that one and re-read it. I will try the re-set again. The other thing that confuses me is why am I getting the shimmy from the engine. I may have to break down and actually take it to the dealer. Unfortunaly I don't have any reliable mechanics around here.

See attached. Note information near the bottom specifically for this DTC. Either an easy fix or you likely need a new ECM
