Question: BCM Flash

Hi guys;
I know that you can flash modifications to the BCM with EFI live as long as you have a spare license. I have a new BCM as my original is toast. Can EFI live flash that or do I have to go to someone with a Tech II or something else to flash it. I have a 2011 Sierra 3500.

Pretty shure you need to go to dealer for the bcm, efi live cant flash the bcm, but ben a bt diesel can. He can add some sweet upgrades to it aswell.

Well, went with Ben at BT Diesel. I sure liked his immediate response to my questions on this. The BCM I purchased hasn't been plugged in or used so I'll just return that one to th GM Dealer.

Well you were right about the fact you can not flash oem software to the BCM with EFI LIve. If you have a V2 and available license, it can be modified like Ben at BT Diesel does. Fortunately Ben can do a OEM software table flash from what I understand. So I am going with what Ben offers.
