Battery Box for Drag Trucks

I am wondering what is everyone using to hold a 34/78 sized battery that passes NHRA tech? I'm looking to keep a standard size battery in this truck just incase it fails so I can get a replacement anywhere in the country and the 34/78 size is pretty darn common as well as being the OEM size for these trucks.


I'll be using an AGM battery that weighs ~48lbs

Last I checked, a box isn't required unless the battery is located in the passenger compartment.

You sir are correct, I was looking at the wrong section. Looks like any aftermarket battery mount/cage/box etc will work well here. I've been eyeing up the ones from like Ballistic Fab or similar type of "cages".

we used two Artec ones. At the time, they were the cheapest of them all and just as good of quality.
