So i think my new charger is going out. For a while now, when i cold start my truck, and the oil pressure is high, my exhaust is slightly blue. Once it hits about 100-110 on the coolant it completely goes clean. On top of that this is the front of my turbo, and it also has about a 1-2mm play up and down, with non in and out.
Is it looking like I need a new one?

If the PCV is rerouted and still there is that much oil residue in the intake you've got a serious problem somewhere. If the PCV is rerouted the only place it could come from is if it somehow got sucked into the intake from say a leak (very doubtful) or the turbo is pushing out of itself.

Pcv is rerouted, cleaned all surfaces and checked the cover and the wheel. No rub marks on anything.

Pull the hot side intercooler pipe at the intercooler and make sure you don’t have oil down in there.

I’d also pull the down pipe and check and see if you have oil in there or the back of the turbo.

Will do. If there is oil in the hotside, is that safe to say I need a new one?

Yeah I’d say it’s safe to assume that. The 0 in and out is strange but doesn’t always happen
