Aftermarket camshaft

I’m looking to install a after market camshaft in my lb7. The motor has no reliefs in the pistons. I’m looking for a drop in camshaft. I have found specs on Hamilton’s street cam along with colts street cam. I have not found any specs on the 3388 from SoCal. I’m looking to move my power band up a bit. Any advice will help. Truck is going to be apart for replacement of injectors.

Without reliefs, you are very limited in how much the power band moves up. Probably only going to see 300rpm change at most

I’m aware it will be minimal 300 is better than nothing. Would you recommend one brand over the next?

I like Guys and I’ve used Hamilton’s in cummins. Both were great and shipped fast. Wouldn’t hesitate to use either.
