5.3L leaking coolant at the crossover

My wife's Tahoe is leaking coolant at the cross over on the front of the engine. I haven't really been able to find much information about this. Looks like it might be just a quick deal where I pull out the retainer bolts and replace an O-ring or is there something I'm missing to this?

it should be as simple as that, unless the line itself has a pin hole or crack somewhere

Inspect the small hose connected to it as well. It could be leaking and running down the line making it appear that cross over is leaking. The spring clamps don't always work well. I have seen the nipple corrode and leak past the hose here.
