has anyone performed a body swap/upgrade form the 02 to the 04.5 body? the body harness is not matching up with the existing harness and I need help with what it will take to either re-pin or splice together a harness that will allow the systems to operate.

completely different architecture between 01-02 and 03-up. are you trying to take the 04.5 cab and interior wiring and plug it into the 02 fuse block under the hood?
I am looking for the information to make that happen. I know i need to either re-pin the connector or find the necessary information to show what needs to be modified to make it happen
You have to move literally EVERYTHING electrical......dash, HVAC, door motors, lights, etc including all wiring harnesses, from your 02 to the 04 cab.
I think he's trying to stick an 04 cab on an 02 chassis... In that case the opposite, and arguably easier is the case: need to replace all underhood 02 wiring - fuse block, trans harness, etc, with 04 parts.
