Default 2007 Classic Allison Shift Range Inhibited

OK, let's see if I can explain this.
Drove down the street and popped a trans cooler line off. Didn't know at the time that it happened. (Only drove a half mile)
Was stopped idling for a while in park,(Filling 500 gallon water tank) went to put it in drive to leave, and no go, and CEL was on.

Shut truck off and found trans fluid all over the ground (crap). Went and picked up some fluid, just to get it home (1/2 mile), got about 2/3 of the way there, and no more go. Went to get more tans fluid, filled it up again, hoping to get the 500 feet I needed to get to the house, but this time it didn't move at all.

Couple of days later I got to the trans cooler line, and it had popped off at the crimp, so I grabbed a couple of hose clamps and repaired it temporarily. Refilled with fluid, still no go.

All I have is an engine DTC reader, and pulled code 0700, cleared it, still no go, only reverse.

FF to today. My buddy sent me his EFI live setup, and I pulled codes:

P0659- Actuator Supply Voltage High 1 (HSD1) (BATT)

P0708- Transmission Range Sensor Circuit- High Input

P0756- Shift Solenoid 2 (SS2)- Stuck Off

P0964- Pressure Control Solenoid 2 (PCS 2) Control Circuit Open

P2671- Actuator Supply Voltage 2 (HSD2)- High (BATT)

Cleared those codes and still no go, and still says "Shift Range Inhibited"

What next? TCM bad maybe?

All connections at the TCM and trans are clean and dry. No chaffed wires or anything that I can see.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Pulled the pan and there is a lot of clutch material in the bottom, and the fluid has a greenish tint to it. even with all the fluid that's been run through it onto the ground.

Who's a good source for either a rebuild kit, or even another trans?
I would like to tackle the rebuild myself, since I have done turbo 400/350/PG transmissions in the past. Just need to get something in it, so I can sell it. Doesn't need to be a high dollar trans for high HP, just something stock.
And yes, a new converter and flush the cooling lines and cooler

These do not work the same as what you have done in the past. Give mike a call and talk with him. There may be some things you need to look at carefully since you killed it that way. Otherwise you can throw a clutch kit in it and destroy them on the first test drive if you missed something thinking it was normal

Thanks James! I don't mind doing the work, just need some guidance. I'm sure thorough cleaning of the valve body would be in order as well, since all these little solenoids/valves can screw up with even the littlest piece of debris.
Ended up buying a new truck today, so this will give me time to get it fixed right.

You said you were going to fix it and sell it. Why not just post it how it is? Save yourself a headache and time.

Wasn't sure what it would be worth with a bad trans in it.
If I could get 7K for it as it sits, I'm not against that. Damn things are still fetching 15 to 17K running.

Getting ready to head out the door for work, so I'll get in touch with you when I get back. Probably Friday or Saturday if that's ok.
