I know this is an old thread but what did you do to bypass the factory fuel distribution block that runs to the ficm?

I'm not a lb7 guy but I'm pretty sure they're running the ficm dry.

I understand they are running it dry that was my plan to but when I got in there I found the fuel distribution block that runs fuel to the rail and other places but it has the feed? And return running to it. My question is how do you run the feed bypassing the filter and ficm and get around the fuel block ?

It doesn't have a supply. Just return and high pressure.

So I can run the feed straight from the lift pump to the cp3 but keep the return line stock coming out of the cp3?

Thanks in advance

Default My do it your self new fuel lines

. When I made my new lines up I did it this way. Cleaned all the BS off the motor and made it nice and simple. This is fed from a AirDog 200gph and returned to a Deviant duel port sump . Don’t judge the little hose I couldn’t find my Cap lol. So I had to get creative to plug the port for my second CP3

Albert, kinda gave you the big list of parts think it cost me around $400-$500 all said and done.

Got the push lock hose from Ak rubber
30’ 1/2”
6’ 3/8”

Blocks I got from Grainger
2KHD5
2KHD7

Fittings I got from Summit. Some are ICB and some are Summit brand . Only because it kind of seems they are getting rid of ICB.

X1 - 491204-bl 1/2” - 3/8” reducer. This you need to drill and tap out metric for the fuel return temp sensor.

X1 - 1/2” plug 493205-bl

X2 - ICB-8090-08B 1/2” to -8an fitting

X2 - SUM-220145-3-90 90 degree -3an fittings

X2 - SUM-220979 PTFE hose -3an. This is brake line hose and works perfect for injector return lines use the -90 fittings. With it.

X2 - 3/8” to -3an male fittings to add to the block for injector returns. Can find the part number? Got them from Summit.

X1 - banjo fitting for CP3 feed in the valley. VPE-155

X2 - -6an returns from CP3. EAR - AT949092ERL

X2 - 3/8” to -8an SUM - 220846-B

Several -6an 90s and 45s and -8an 90s and 45s. All from Summit.

The plate I used a chunk of aluminum I had laying around and mocked it up to go with my duel fueler kit. Had it costed the. Grabbed some socket cap screws from the hardware store.

Works very good. Probably should put it all together and sell it

That should get anyone that wants to copy what I copied a good start.

Ryan
