So it has been a while but life got crazy. so i got my injectors back from pensacola diesel and put everything back together as it was before. Now i am just getting a no start and i have been cranking for a long time. i dont know what the issue is. originally had a transmission code when i first tried to start but the truck hasnt moved or ran since and i cleared the code after charging the batteries and it hasnt came back. Dont know if that matters im very close to selling my house so i can pay the dealer to fix it. This was supposed to be my work truck not lawn ornament. i have no idea whats wrong and im hoping pensacola didnt screw the injectors "cleaning" them. Any ideas?

You picked the worst place to send your injectors. As said before Pensacola is junk. You prob need to buy a new set of injectors. Hook a scantool up and see what the actual fuel pressure is when you are cranking. If it doesnt build enough rail pressure the injectors won't open. One or more maybe returning to much fuel

The fact you didnt take the guys' advice about Pensacola just saddens me. Please, please give Lincoln Diesel a call.

At least you've got an LLY, so its relatively easy to change them back out.

Instead of sending the injectors back to a junk shop how about you send the same injectors to a reputable shop like LDS, exergy, or s&s and have them check them out. I would almost bet there is something wrong with at least one of them. I don't know one person who has bought injectors from Pensacola and been satisfied. They are cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for!

If you cant get it started have you hooked up a scan tool and looked at desired vs actual fuel pressure when you are cranking the truck? Have you checked to make sure you are not picking any air up in the fuel system? If desired rail pressure is not met the injectors will not open

I requested my injectors back too because mine weren't shot, what I got back was NOT my injectors. I GUARANTEE YOU that pensacola sent you back junk and not yours, it's how they operate. If an injector is good, it gets a new nozzle, coated in diesel, and sent out as rebuilt.
