Default New Colorado Diesel.

Are any of you guys thinking of buying the new diesel when it comes out this summer? I will be buying one as soon as I can find one. I will be selling my LML as I am done with it.
I bet it won't take much to put it in the 12's. The trans will not hold it at that level.

Mike I have a son turning 16 next Sept. Really thinking about one of these for him. He wont need a built trans for it until he's 18 though lol.

I wouldn't mind getting one. What are the specs for the engine?

Found this and read it. Pretty good! Wonder if it has the balls to haul the single cab

The motor and trans probably could but no way that little truck would be safe hauling your truck and trailer

6L50 which is a smaller version of the 6L80. I don't have all the info yet but I think I can stick some 6L80 parts in it to beef it up.
Mileage will be around 25mpg or so. I expect better with EFI tuning.
I would not be surprised to see a 10 second truck with some turbo work and tuning. My Cobra may have a hard time keeping up with this puppy.
