Default Trans issues

I have a tranny that I put a PPE stage 4 kit in that has issues. I have had the tranny apart 3 times now and I see nothing wrong. When you put in in forward or reverse it slams hard. I reset to fast learn and its worse! LOL Really its not funny im sick of this thing. I have only done 7 or 8 trannys but never a problem with any of them. To me it feels like 1/2 shift is horrible and the 3/4 shift is horrible. after driver to relearn the 4/5 is ok and the 2/3 is ok. Clutch clearance is within spec. I have it out and just need a little help on why its so bad. What am I missing?
