My lift pump idles at 11psi, if I just stab the throttle it will drop to about 5psi, but I have a boost reference regulator......... so once it starts to make boost fuel pressure will rise to about 20+ psi full load and maintain there till I let off the throttle. Seems to work pretty good, I can't get my regulator to go below 11psi at idle, pretty sure I need a bigger dedicated return line just for the the regulator (its y into the fuel return line right now), once I get the new return in I'm sure I will have more control of the fuel pressure at idle.

The boost reference port is coming from the atmo turbo. I did run it to the high boost turbo at first and it made over 50psi of fuel pressure, figured that was way too much.....

Here's a video of the fuel press and boost. fuel is far right, high boost is far left.

It does... it’s an aeromotive 1000 pump and boost referenced regulator.

I have two AD 200 pumps. At idle pressure is 32psi and by the end of the 1/4 mile, pressure is down to about 14psi.
I'm running -10 off of each pump and right before my 12mm pumps they Y together then Y out to -8 to feed each pump. This way if one pump ever quit working the one good one will still feed both cp3's.
I have a single -8 return to the tank

I have the Fass Titinium pump and run a fass fuel pressure regulator on the return side and have it set at 12psi.

What size pump? I doubt you have a voltage issue as typically it is the relief spring that causes the grief. You should have part # PS-1008 rated for 8-10psi. You can try stretching the spring first since the next spring up for use with that return fitting is PS-1015 rated for 45-50 psi. There is a dodge setup that uses MRT-1002 return fitting an spring PS-1001 rated for 16-18psi as well.

I got a new spring and ball from FASS. I stretched the spring about 1/4" and didn't see any change in pressure (on the gauge). I am going to check fuel pressure up front with a mechanical gauge to compare the two. The ISSPRO 30psi electric gauge is new. Just curious to see how close the 0-100psi sending unit calibrates with a mechanical gauge. If those check out the same I'll swap springs.

I just finished installing my isspro fuel pressure guage. Right now my airdog is sitting at 13 psi at idle and drops to about 8 on a WOT run. That's still pulling thru a stock pickup. That on tune 4 with a single 10mm pump.
