Default Yukon Grizzly Locker - for factory 30 spline axles

Removing Yukon Locker from my truck (mechanical locking - similar to Detroit Locker).
Bought new and ran it for the last 6000 miles with Royal Purple gear lube. Zero issues - I am putting the factory G80 back in before I sell/trade trucks.

$800

GLWS. I just bought one. How did you like it? Was it noisy or tough on tires? Nothing stronger for sure. I expect it will eat some tires but Iím willing to pay that price for traction. The factory G80 is garbage

For sure these are built like a tank. For anything other than towing, these are great. These will drag rear tires a small amount on corners (depends on a lot on the tire and weight you are carrying). On wet roads I never felt any issues; even on ice/snow these do fine. It all comes down to the person sitting behind the wheel. As with most all performance mods, there are going to be compromises.
