Default Are Diesel Brothers really brothers?

What's up everyone! Stupid question, but it keeps bugging me. Are the stars of Diesel Brothers show that airs on Discovery Channel really brothers?

I've never been a fan of such shows, but just a week ago I came accross one of the really badass episodes and it hit me.
Yeah the guys are not really brothers. Although they look somewhat alike...and looks like I'm no the only one who is curious about that https://patriot-tire.com/diesel-brothers-tires.html

haha I've been lurking on the forum for a few years already and finally decided it's time to start talking with people. Luckily my good old 06 2500HD is well maintained and doesn't give me a hard time with breakdowns except for some minor things that I can take care of, so I hope I'll stay away from the tech sections at least for now .

Unfortunately not, it's a 5.3L V8. I found the avatar picture on the internet when I was researching on how to make such conversion. It's been a good daily for me and my wife, and for now we don't have any problems with the engine, but the 6.6LBZ swap from my work truck would be a pretty cool project idea after I retire.
